On May 8th around 11.40 am, we experinced service disruption across all services. Our team identified the cause of the outage as a minor patch on the dispatch dashboard triggered infinite depoyments depleteing server resources for all other services.

A fix has been implemented and all services are back online, and fixes are being monitored.
